What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that helps you find relaxation and balance in your life. We only have so much energy to give to our day. By the end of it, we usually are completely drained. With time, the energy of our body becomes stagnant and unbalanced. That's when Reiki can help you find back that balance. Channeling is a form of communication that allows us to bring information into our consciousness through connecting with our higher self.
